Helping you consider what you actually want from life and work.
Change Pathway brings together carefully chosen video, guided reflection and thoughtful AI coaching to help people better understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Available with the initial rollout, Change Pathway gives organisations structured visibility into engagement, reflection, and behavioural themes through two dedicated dashboards – one focused on rollout and participation, and the other focused on broader Change Pathway trends and trait patterns.
AI interpretation helps surface emerging themes and areas of concern anonymously, allowing organisations to understand what people are experiencing without exposing individual responses.
Organisations can control how the platform is rolled out, tailor the experience to different groups, and request bespoke Insights designed around their own priorities or areas of focus. These are created and implemented by the Change Pathway team, including associated videos, trait mapping, and AI integration, so they work seamlessly within the wider platform.
Planned for 2027, Change Pathway will allow coaches to extend their reach inside organisations by combining their own expertise with scalable AI-supported reflection.
Coaches with existing corporate clients will be able to work with the Change Pathway team to incorporate their own content, frameworks, and approaches into bespoke Insights created specifically for their clients. These will be professionally integrated into the platform, including associated videos, traits, and AI behaviour, so they blend naturally with the wider Change Pathway experience.
This creates an opportunity for organisations to offer meaningful development support to a much wider group of employees at a fraction of the cost of traditional one-to-one coaching, while still allowing human coaching intervention where deeper support is needed. It also allows coaches to strengthen existing client relationships and expand the reach of their coaching services across larger parts of an organisation.
