Early Partner Access
A phased organisational rollout of Coach Pathway, designed for selected early partners who want to help shape the future of AI-supported personal development and reflective growth.
Coach Pathway is being introduced gradually through a limited Early Partner Access programme for organisations.
This is not simply early access to software. It is an opportunity to participate in the development of a new kind of AI-supported personal growth and reflective development experience.
The aim is to create something that genuinely helps people think more clearly, understand themselves more deeply, navigate change more effectively, and move more intentionally towards meaningful goals and growth.
Rather than building the entire system privately and releasing it all at once, we are intentionally developing it alongside a small number of early partner organisations who want to help shape its direction and potential from the beginning.
The programme is designed as a gradual progression from reflection into action.
Sections 1–2 focus primarily on helping users understand themselves more clearly — how they think, respond, behave, experience challenge, and approach change.
From Section 3 onwards, the emphasis shifts increasingly towards action, implementation, mentoring, and longer-term personal development.
Section 1 is planned to become available at launch, with further sections released progressively during the rollout period.
Early Partner onboarding is currently planned to begin from January 2027, with onboarding intentionally limited to one new organisation per week.
Coach Pathway is still evolving.
The underlying ideas, structure, and developmental approach are already carefully designed, but many aspects of the experience will continue to improve through real-world use, observation, discussion, and feedback.
We believe the best developmental systems are not created in isolation. They improve through thoughtful participation, honest reflection, and learning alongside the people who actually use them.
Early partners therefore play an important role.
They help us:
- Refine the experience
- Understand how people engage in practice
- Identify what creates the greatest value
- Shape future organisational capabilities and mentoring support
In return, organisations have an opportunity to explore the platform early, influence its future direction, and help shape what this kind of AI-supported developmental experience could become over time.
Organisations can participate through either:
- Coach Pathway Guide — a structured self-guided reflective experience built around carefully designed Insights and developmental progression.
- Coach Pathway Personal Coach — a more personalised AI-supported developmental experience that gradually builds a growing understanding of each individual user over time.
Both experiences can be accessed through:
- Sections 1–2
- Sections 3–5
- Full Programme (Sections 1–5)
Early Access packages for organisations are expected to begin from £1,000 depending on cohort size and level of support.
We begin with an introductory conversation to explore whether Early Partner Access feels like a good fit for your organisation.
This may be a one-to-one Zoom conversation or a small group discussion depending on the nature of the organisation and level of interest.
Because onboarding capacity is intentionally limited, participation is selective.
